Compensation & Benefits Specialist (foreign FMCG company) Almaty

Main requirements: Higher education (HR/economics/finance); 3+years of professional experience as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Good knowledge of KZ Labour Legislation, Budgeting and Analysis methods/C&B systems and schemes; Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Visio, Power point).Knowledge of SAP HR; Fluent English.

Main responsibilities: Compensation analysis and benchmarking company practices with market data; Job Evaluations & Job Descriptions; Participation in budget preparation of the Headcount, Personnel Expenses and Department Expenses and monthly follow-up of its realization; Developing benefit plans/tools;
