Product Support Operations representative (foreign company, B2B) Almaty

Responsibilities: Lead significant improvements of processes and capabilities of distribution network in Aftersales segment; To contribute to the business plan by increasing service profitability and effective service Capacity and Capability planning; Contributing to distribution network service product offering; Grow and enhance customer satisfaction.
Travel — 50% of time in assigned territory.
Requirements: Higher technical and, desirably, commercial education. General Computer skills in office applications; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Customer focused; Analytic skills; Initiative; Responsible; Result driven; Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian. Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
